.. before I completely devour my breakfast .. :)  I have been feasting over avocado lately.. here’s a little health info about avocado. it is a nutritional powerhouse providing numerous potential health benefits. Healthy fats, because it reduces level of bad cholesterol in your blood and lowers the risk of stroke and heart disease.
